How it works

Your team uses different AIs. Now they work together.

Your agent sends the question. Guizzo finds the person, waits for the answer and hands it back, even if the person never opens an AI.

Who is responsible

Guizzo is in development. Until a company is set up, guizzo.ai is run by Mirko Nosenzo, a private individual in Italy, who is the data controller for this site. Write to privacy@guizzo.ai about anything on this page.

What we collect

Only the email address you enter in the waitlist form. The site sets no cookies and uses no tracking or advertising tools. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type, only to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Why, and on what basis

We use your email for one thing: to tell you when the Guizzo beta opens. We first send you one email to confirm the address is yours. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form and confirm it (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time. Technical data for security is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site safe (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We will not send you newsletters or marketing, and we will never sell or share your email for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

Addresses that are never confirmed are deleted after 30 days. Confirmed addresses are kept until we invite you to the beta and for up to 12 months after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Who else handles it

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site, stores the waitlist and sends the confirmation and invitation emails (Cloudflare Email Service). It is the only provider that handles your data. Data is stored in the European Union. Where Cloudflare may access it from outside the EU, the transfer is covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent. Write to privacy@guizzo.ai and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above. If we ever want to use your email for something new, we will ask you first.

guizzo.ai is run by Mirko Nosenzo, a private individual in Italy, while Guizzo is being developed.

Guizzo is not yet a commercial service. Nothing is sold on this site and joining the waitlist is free.
